Where are you located?

We operate out of a fully licensed and Charles County Health Inspected Kitchen nestled inside of Park Waldorf Plaza, which is the big blue sign off Route 301.. Parking is free and ample. 

What are your store hours?

Our Administrative Hours are Monday - Friday from 10am -6pm to provide customer service, accommodate questions and assist with new orders.  Our Retail Bakery is currently closed for the remainder of 2022.  You may order a Sample Box from our Online Store and we will schedule a Online Conference Call for your Design Consultation.  

​How far ahead to I need to book with you?

To maintain our high quality standards, we strictly limit the number of orders taken each week, therefore the earlier you reserve your date, the better.  Typically in busier wedding months from April to November, we recommend four to six months in advance for wedding cakes, and six to nine months for sweet tables.  Celebration cakes, are currently operating at a strict minimum two weeks' notice. But upon occasion, we can take last minute orders if our schedule allows.  Please call 301-464-1080 to inquire about our availability.

How much do you cost?

Our prices are based on our quality and years of experience.  We have been making cakes for over 10 years and make all of our cakes, fillings, Icings, cookies, and other desserts all from scratch.  No mixes, chemical additives or imitation products ever.  We place a high emphasis on quality and freshness, and it shows. 

How much do you cost?

Our minimum custom cake order is $200.00, irregardless of cake size.  Custom Wedding Cakes start at $7.00 a serving and on average go up to $15.00 a serving.  Our pre-Order cakes are as priced at our Online Store.

How do I schedule a Tasting Appointment?

We are not offering Private in-Person Tastings at this time.  You can order a Sample Box for Pickup from our Waldorf, MD location during our monthly pickup dates, and then we will schedule a online Conference Call to further discuss your design options and pricing.  Note:  Online Calls are only available for Custom Wedding Cakes over 50 servings. 

We have to Reschedule our wedding due to Covid-19.  What do we do?

We promise to accommodate your new date, no matter what (weddings only).  Let us know IN WRITING, your new date and time, and if necessary , location, and we will apply all contractual deposits or payments towards your new date.  Because we understand the juggling some of you are facing to find a new date, we are not updating contract information for deposits paid.  We will send an addendum noting the new information as outlined to us within one month of your new/final date and you will not incur any change fees.  Any deposits paid will be applied to changes to your guest count, but will not be refunded.  This may mean an extended delivery window, which will be determined one week before your wedding date. With so many of our couples making changes, we strongly encourage you to reach out to us one month prior to your new and final wedding date,  if you do not hear from us first.    Note this does not apply to celebratory events. 

 Do you offer a military discount?  And, do you service the LGBTQIA2S+ community?

My husband is a veteran, so we proudly offer 10% discount off your total order for active or retired military personnel.

We believe love is love, so we service all LGBTQia2s+ unions. 

Where do you deliver, and what is your delivery fee?

All pickups must be pre-arranged and adhered to a set pickup window.  Anything larger than 2 tiers and all wedding cakes MUST be delivered.  We offer delivery in the Baltimore & Washington DC Metro area, and will travel as far as Leesburg, VA, Frederick, MD, and the Eastern Shore. We charge additional fees for Sunday deliveries, late nights (past 6pm), and appropriate bridge, toll and parking fees.

What is your refund or cancellation policy?

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for decoration style, delays in delivery, minor spelling errors, or slight color variations.  Refunds will be considered if you return the at least 75% of the uneaten portion of cake to us within 24 hours; or notify us immediately about your concerns and will only apply to the singular value of your dissatisfaction or our error. Please note, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds on uneaten cakes, altered cakes, or cakes damaged after pickup or delivery.  Once you pick up your cake, it is your responsibility for safe transport.  Once final payment has been made, we cannot and will not make any adjustments to the order.  We offer refunds on Celebration Cakes if cancelled within 5 days of your event only. For Wedding Cake cancellations, please refer to the Terms and Conditions as outlined in your Wedding Cake Contract.  Our cakes are extremely perishable and should be kept at room temperature until at least 2 hours prior to serving.  Refrigerate any uneaten portions.
