Sharon's journey into cake artistry began as a second career after being a successful IT Project Manager for the Federal Government. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from St. John's University in NY, and has yet to let go of her
She believes that in order to be the best you need to learn from the best so she attended the Bonnie Gordon College of Confectionery Arts in Toronto as well as studies with some of the great artist in the cake world, including her use of Sugar Flower Artistry from the industry best.
Sharon is a Wife, Step-Mom, and human mom to 2 beloved German Pinchers. She loves to travel, read and is never far from a Ultimate Margarita.
