INTRODUCTION WORKSHOPS
These workshops are for the beginner who is new to buttercream or fondant.
Basics of Buttercream
In this workshop, you will learn how to make 4 different buttercreams and understand how to achieve the correct consistency for each. You will be provided the recipes and a 6" cake to ice in your buttercream choice and take home. Piping borders and other decorating techniques as time allows.

Flawless Fondant Design
Perfect for both beginners and those who want to refine their fondant skills. In this class, you will learn how to handle, color and apply fondant and to fix common errors. Techniques in rolling, covering different shapes, color matching, creating basic cut outs and using molds will be taught.

Wedding Cake Workshop
Learn fondant wedding cake design from one of the best in the industry.
In this 2 day session, we focus on creating a custom wedding cake using some of the most popular techniques such as edible lace, gold painting, stenciling and creating a sugar flower cluster.

this class is for budding cake artist who want to build confidence in creating one of a kind creations. You will work independently to create a custom cake using an assigned theme. You will be provided all the tools and materials needed to bring your sketch to life.

In the case of inclement weather, you will be notified by email and by phone if a class is canceled and we will notify you of A new class date. In the event that you cannot attend the rescheduled time you will have 2 business days to cancel your reservation and receive a full refund. After 2 business days, refunds will no longer be granted.
